The benefit of using Aster Hydrous Kaolin in Printing inks are as follow
- Hydrous kaolin is most effective extender pigment for extending colored pigments this help to optimize the consumption of costly pigment and savings in formulation cost.
- Hydrous Kaolin having platelet shape give high print gloss, especially over porous paper substrates, and better ink hold out.
- Hydrous Kaolin imparts thixotropy in paste and liquid ink and reduce the mist formation during the printing process.
- Hydrous Kaolin have low abrasion hence minimize the printing plate wear.
